The Red Oak - @Barefootsprinter Style Lever is made from solid Red Oak hardwood.

**Red Oak has a loose grain structure, as such there will always be a porous texture on the surface.**

The Body Lever is a fascia-focused tool shaped to match the body’s natural curves and leverage points. It functions as both a pinpoint myofascial release device and a dynamic handle for resistance training, allowing users to pressurize, pivot, and pattern movement through spiraled tension. By mirroring anatomical structure, it reeducates motion, enhances proprioception, and connects arm and leg leverage to core intent—bridging the gap between recovery and high-level performance.
