I have had a gimpy right foot for almost seven decades. It turned out a lot as a kid. Nordic skiing helped to straighten it. But lately the arch was falling and it hurt to walk. I’ve only had Sole Steps for a few weeks, and I can already feel the arch rebuilding. Even though I mostly rest my feet on them while sitting, my foot feels much better while walking. I have been using the SoleSteps on an incline board for doing my full squats. This combination gives me no stress on my lower back. I have been suffering with peroneal tendinitis in my foot for a few months. I tried many things to help fix the problem to no avail. I highly recommend the Sole Steps. I have been afflicted with flat feet since I was a child and as a result I’ve experienced plantar fasciitis and hip issues for almost 20 years. Just 2 months ago I decided to completely transition to barefoot shoes and have been using these Sole Steps for about a month now. The main advantage I’ve noticed is I can recognize when I’m not putting enough weight towards the balls of my feet. I now have much better awareness. This is a significant factor when you are trying to improve overall posture, back health, foot strength, and transitioning to barefoot shoes.
I use the Sole Steps when using kettlebells and during specific mobility warmup exercises. I cannot recommend them more! It’s worth it.

Love the Sole Steps guys! I'm a sports chiropractor and you can see how this straightened out the bowed Achilles tendons of one of my patients. He stands all day at work but has to constantly shift around because of discomfort. He can stand on these all day and they turn his glutes on and level out his pelvis. I also use them as a quick assessment to see if any of my patients' issues, from the neck down to the feet, are helped by standing on them. Most of them feel a difference immediately. If the feet aren't working the whole body will compensate. Highly recommend!

Bought these because i have problems with my left arch collapsing and not using my left glute as mush as my right. These sole steps helped me remedy this problem within 2 weeks of consistent use. My squat form has improved, my left foot/ankle has better range of motion, and im lifting without pain ! Bonus tip if you absolutely suck at split squats these are AMAZING! These def arent going to solve your issue in a day but if you are aware of your issue these will provide an extra stimulus to help connect your brain to your garbage feet !
