"I use the RMT® Club every chance I get to warm-up and strengthen my body. I can feel how it carries over from training to the field."
Just starting out. I bought some rope at a big box hardware store, and measured, cut, and tied my own. But, was immediately frustrated with its performance. So, I bought the RMT and it changed everything. HUGE difference between the two. So, if you're just getting started and have a couple extra bucks, start with something you know will provide the most likely path to your success. The RMT looks like it will do that for me.
I am new to the rope and will take my time to get comfortably used to it.
I bought all three ropes as I intend to use them all in due time and also as a grateful acknowledgement to David Weck,a man who definitely thinks outside the box, in a very good way.
Many thanks.
Andre
I have loved the 4# for a while and got the 8# recently. It's more of slow mover for me. I use it more for active stretching. It's heavier than you think for what it is but in a good way.
It’s been about two weeks, and I’m really enjoying getting used to the Weck Method Rope and working with the very basics.
Full disclosure: I’m a little intimidated to even try the Sneaky Thing and the Dragon Roll! 😅 Soon, I’m sure I’ll give them a try.
For now, I’m just playing around with the rope, exploring the movements, and noticing how my body feels—how it responds, and sometimes how it doesn’t respond yet.
I’m enjoying the process of learning, experimenting, and simply becoming more aware of my body through the rope. I’m definitely a beginner, but I’m having fun with it and looking forward to seeing where this takes me.
Staying active has been a real struggle. The RMT Rope has given me a simple, challenging, enjoyable movement practice that I plan to continue building. Beautiful work!
Well, I’m brand new to training with a rope. Quality constructed rope, simple enough, but very humbling. Nowhere close to getting rolls down, but awesome tool for understand movement and body mechanics.
Bought a rope from a nautical store hoping to save money, but ended up being just as expensive. I have been using the new rope alot more and am seeing some gains in skill and mobility.
Inspiring out beautiful community to feel the connection of the deep core lines using these amazing SoleSteps! Ground force production allows the transfer of energy into the RMT club! A timeless combination of sensory activation and cognitive coordination! We are honored to be using the best tools to perform for L.I.F.E.
Stay supple and hungry friends.
I have the 4 pound Weckball, a couple of years. Now with the 6 pounder, I alternate with them on certain workouts. I will order another 6 pounder Weckball.
RMT club does what it's designed to do. Feels comfortable in the hand and adjusting the hand position on the handle changes how the weight shifts to give different muscles a workout. I bought the 2 and 4 pound RMT clubs, don't be fooled into thinking you need heavier clubs to get a workout. The lower weights will be challenging if you use proper technique. Overall pleased with the clubs, just wish I had taller ceilings, so I would not have to use them outside.
I’ve been a golf coach for over 35 years help found Elite Golf Schools in 2002 which is now owned by my friend Riley Andrews, who introduced me to David Weck. I am so grateful that he did because rope flow and RMT Club have totally changed the way I look at movement and golf instruction and 35 years later I’ve become the best coach that I could possibly be thanks to Weck method.
