Why do I need to accept the terms and conditions?  

In many cases, the concepts and prototypes accessible as part of the innovation group include intellectual property and/or proprietary information which has not been released publicly.  Accepting the terms and conditions means you acknowledge and agree not share or reproduce any intellectual property or proprietary information shared within the group.
