What is Non-Dominant Side Training?
Non-Dominant Side Training prioritizes the understanding that one side of our body is less athletically prone then the other. When we look close we can infer and train fundamental postures on our non dominate side that mimic dominate behaviors. This training levels the playing field within your own body allowing for more control overall and for many athletes with dominate side behaviors the longevity they need to live healthy lives outside of their athletic endeavors.
