The Stick Mobility Training Sticks are designed for professional daily use in gyms and on the sports field. They are waterproof, easy to clean, and made in the USA. Each stick features two silicone rubber grips created for a secure hold in-hand and on-floor.
Our training system is based on the use of three sticks. There are specific exercises using two long sticks, single long, and short stick drills that allow you to work the entire body efficiently to help boost athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and speed recovery.
