Exquisite
I’m having a fantastic experience I purchased both vests And the BOSU EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC
Great high quality product, well done!
I love my RMT Clubs. Purchasing them is one of the smartest moves I’ve made this year. The clubs are an essential part of my workout routine. I access the online workout routines frequently.
Absolutely great. Best thing ever for shoulder strength and mobility. Use it mostly as a volleyball swing trainer. Outstanding product.
I noticed it helps me bat faster and harder in my Softball league
Finally they have brought out this product that you can actually be barefoot, no complaints at all. I have the prototype deck as a back up as well. And I am 6'2 217, and both products are stable where you can do jump squats and it helps a lot with ankle mobility. I can actually go deeper in my body squats and shoulder presses using this device, no complaints at all.
incredible balance and comfort. One of the best things to improve your squat.
Really nice product and have been using it.
Cool vest and remarkable product
Product is well built and feels nice in the hands. Thanks RMT!
This vest just makes sense. It really does move in sync with your body to reduce pressure on your joints while increasing the challenge of any workout. It has a mobile phone pocket so you can stay connected hands free without your phone in your shorts as well.
The RMT rope is excellent! What a great way to train and get a low impact good workout. Im also using the Propulse Power vest. Then burn is gooooood!!
I'm rather new to this, so I am taking my time to get acquainted with the system. I appreciate the solidity of the bands, nothing thin and flimsy here. Thank you.
Love this bands, very well make!
Absolutely LOVE the vest and the potentials I feel already! It's already helped my knees and ankles and added some spring to my steps after just the few days that I've been able to play with it it. I like early morning/late evening walks/runs largely for the peace and quiet. You guys could make a killing by adding some sound dampening to the coils and selling "upgrades" or trade ups. The noise is my only "complaint". Something quieter to help keep the motion going would be most welcomed. Other than that, BAD ASS VEST!
A really great flow rope. good knotting and super fabric.
The Bosu Elite is exactly what I was looking for to enhance my workouts. It is durable and easily handles all of the uses I have for it
excited to get into rope flow
Awesome gym tool for golf explosiveness!
Love it
My feet knees and hips have never felt better
Outstanding design! My ankle did not hurt with the extra weight! Thank you 🙏🏽
I bought this for my 13yr old son that plays basketball. Oh man we gonna take Plyos to another level‼️
Awesome product, love it!
The vest is incredible. Fits perfectly on my 11yo son and myself (6'4" 220lb). It is easy to use. The rhythmic sound of the weights moving makes cadence very fun to play with. We were faster running uphill in a single session. I'm stoked to continue to work with the vest as well all the other great inventions Weck has created!
Learning it but I love it
Great club love the shifting weight
I just got the All-in pack because it was recommended by my trainer, so I have just started working with it. I can't wait to get into it more because it looks like a lot of fun and just a different style of training than I've ever had.
amazing product
Rope flow everything they said it would be. And, Weck products are excellent quality and reasonably priced.
Light rope to flow fast, very good quality and light material.
Is difficult find one way to work in the coordination and this tools are amazing for that and fun !
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ good ones!
I use a variety of gloves on the bag for different kinds of striking training. All of them interfere if I want to do more than striking in a circuit, and they are too restrictive of the wrist for dirty boxing and practicing awkward angles. These give me the right amount of protection for bare knuckle striking and are easy on/off so I can move to kettlebells, ball slams, or even barbell/hex bar work in concert with the heavy bag.
This is the second purchase , I got the first one for me cause I have a lot of foot issues , and my husband started using them so I got another pair .
Transformational. Fun. Gets where nothing else does. I can move and find all of my weak links, my wasps' nests, and trace them out with slow rotations, hangs, snaps, twists. My body is in love. I dream about using this tool. It's challenging to give it a rest period because my body craves the freedom it's now experiencing. What a genius tool to unlock, get stronger, and increase my wingspan mobility. Using one at a time is awesome. Two makes it a party. I have a 4 & 6lb and the asymmetry is fascinating to work with but I think I'll splurge on another pair to have the weight-symmetry option. A total blast and totally recommended.
Excellent product! The workout is intense and feels like nothing while you’re wearing it. The mechanics of the vest working with our muscles and giving that extra propulsion feels great. Overall super excited to keep training with it and learning more excersices where I can implement it. 100% recommend it to anyone with an active lifestyle. Thanks
The ten pound vest is a very well built item. Every aspect of the vest shows the care and knowledge of the Weck Method. I wear it on walks and intend to increase the distance gradually as it is a pleasure to wear it. Thank you for a very unusual ,but solid product.
This was after two weeks with the rope. I have had it for about 4 months now. I cannot put it down. I live in the metropolitan area of the Detroit. And now people only look twice when they see me walking around with my rope. This has been a great aid to my locomotion practice and concepts! I am very happy I discovered the Weck Method World!
