The Hybrid® Rope kit includes:

- 1 set of tangle-resistant, fast-swivel handles

- 2 pairs of variable resistance bands (1.0x resistance & 2.0x resistance)

- 2 interchangeable center-cords (33in. & 41in.)

The Hybrid® Rope comes with two center cord lengths (33in. & 41in.) to accommodate for height and desired level of challenge.
