BOSU® Balance Pods

The BOSU® Balance Pods come in two sizes, a 6.5-inch standard, and a 10-inch XL version. The Balance Pods allow you to get a total body workout while improving your balance, coordination, and agility. By working the upper and lower body, you will develop core strength and stability, essential for overall good health and fitness. You can use the Balance Pods with the flat side down for a more stable base or the dome side down for a more balance challenge. The raised rings provide grip and comfort for the hands and feet. Incorporate the Balance Pods with a BOSU® Ballast® Ball or any BOSU® Balance Trainer.
