Great piece of equipment to improve your ability to direct force. It will help you translate weight room gains to real world application.
For all those clients with a little wonky form, this cleans it up quick and gets them moving better than they have with just slant block or wedges. Especially where ankle bones collapsing inward. I personally love how even with adding heavier weights for single leg movements, It feels like the grip is grabbing your foot so you’re not in danger of losing balance or slipping! Incredible product
Excellent product! The RMT club is great for a full powerful workout. It feels great in the hands, from the grip, to the materials, to the shifting weight technology. Recommend 100% to anyone trying to get more athletic workouts. Finally they have brought out this product that you can actually be barefoot, no complaints at all. I have the prototype deck as a back up as well. And I am 6'2 217, and both products are stable where you can do jump squats and it helps a lot with ankle mobility. I can actually go deeper in my body squats and shoulder presses using this device, no complaints at all.

This vest just makes sense. It really does move in sync with your body to reduce pressure on your joints while increasing the challenge of any workout. It has a mobile phone pocket so you can stay connected hands free without your phone in your shorts as well.
The RMT rope is excellent! What a great way to train and get a low impact good workout. Im also using the Propulse Power vest. Then burn is gooooood!!

Absolutely LOVE the vest and the potentials I feel already! It's already helped my knees and ankles and added some spring to my steps after just the few days that I've been able to play with it it. I like early morning/late evening walks/runs largely for the peace and quiet. You guys could make a killing by adding some sound dampening to the coils and selling "upgrades" or trade ups. The noise is my only "complaint". Something quieter to help keep the motion going would be most welcomed. Other than that, BAD ASS VEST!

The vest is incredible. Fits perfectly on my 11yo son and myself (6'4" 220lb). It is easy to use. The rhythmic sound of the weights moving makes cadence very fun to play with. We were faster running uphill in a single session. I'm stoked to continue to work with the vest as well all the other great inventions Weck has created!

I use a variety of gloves on the bag for different kinds of striking training. All of them interfere if I want to do more than striking in a circuit, and they are too restrictive of the wrist for dirty boxing and practicing awkward angles. These give me the right amount of protection for bare knuckle striking and are easy on/off so I can move to kettlebells, ball slams, or even barbell/hex bar work in concert with the heavy bag.
