El paquete de entrenamiento PBR (entrenadores de velocidad ProPulse®, bandas y cuerdas RMT®) ofrece formas nuevas e innovadoras de entrenar, pero también cubre todas las bases para un entrenamiento de cuerpo completo. Ofrece una experiencia de entrenamiento única que requiere un equipo mínimo para un rendimiento máximo con una variedad de opciones de entrenamiento. El kit PBR es ideal para el entrenamiento en circuito y el entrenamiento a intervalos. Cada pieza del equipo se puede añadir a cualquier régimen de entrenamiento y usar por separado con entrenamiento/ejercicio propio.

Good stuff
I am a complete novice but the whole principle of keeping your head over your foot and generating power and movement from the spine is blowing my mind. Years of sitting and then trying to force my 44 year old body to do CrossFit has done quite a number on me... And I think that this idea of gaining mobility through the spine and being more stable through the foot is absolutely genius in it's simplicity and common sense when you think about it .. even though it's not an idea that's discussed in main stream physical fitness arenas .. I love all of it and am looking forward to improving athletically and functionally in order to reduce the pain of getting old..er.

All of the equipment received was high quality and is very helpful for training.
I like the craftsmanship, simplicity of the products. I have used the steps and the pulser for a few days now and I am really amazed to see so many way to use them to Improve our movement. I received the links for the sole steps training but no training videos for the pulser and the bands. Wondering if the videos for the products in the free product videos section on your site same as what you send?

The product is well made, relatively easy to use it does have a little of a learning curve but the videos helps a lot, I’m getting the hang of it now, it’s fun and challenging.

Great quality products just getting to use as I type
In all honesty, I wasn’t impressed when I got the equipment because it didn’t seem like anything more then a regular rope and bands. But, since I already paid for it, I watched the videos and tried it out. And the rope is GREAT!! It definitely helps my shoulder pain, and the bands are actually pretty awesome. The little 12oz weights would be awesome too but I can’t get past the noise they make while I’m trying to workout. That’s why I give it a 4 star. But overall, highly recommend.
I received baby bands opposed to the ones shown on the product page.
Disappointed because we called you guys and not voicemails the number of times asking for some advice on the equipment we should be purchasing, which would help us to meet our goals. Then the pulsars (sp?) are just filled with sand and doesn’t spring like in all the videos we’ve seen. Bands are average. Bosu ball is awesome. RMT is really good. Heavy rope is cool. I guess I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service and disappointed with the quality of the pulsars. Later:)
Didn't receive all the items, but customer service is very good to respond they get 5 stars, still haven't got an answer back about my Pro Vest not fitting , I wear shirt size L-Xl and pants size 34" and the straps don't strap or reach the Velcro to strap it secure , don't know if I got a factory mistake.
We still don’t have the BOSU Elite or the mace, we only got half of the equipment.
