Great high quality product, well done!
Finally they have brought out this product that you can actually be barefoot, no complaints at all. I have the prototype deck as a back up as well. And I am 6'2 217, and both products are stable where you can do jump squats and it helps a lot with ankle mobility. I can actually go deeper in my body squats and shoulder presses using this device, no complaints at all.

Fantastic piece of equipment! Been using it to fix ankle pronation and correct ground-up structural alignment. 10/10 would repeat.
Man, let me tell you—as someone dealing with flat feet, wonky ankles, and kneecaps that like to point outward instead of forward, finding the right gear is a struggle. I picked up the SoleSteps (even at a size 14!) and this thing is a total game changer. The best part? I don’t even have to overthink my foot placement anymore. I just hop on the platform and I’m good to go, hitting way deeper squats than usual. Sometimes I’ll just hold a squat to really build up that strength in my right knee. I still use a resistance band to keep my knees from diving inward, but my feet and ankles stay rock-solid and planted the whole time in the correct angle this device forces the feet to do which aligns the hips as well. If you’re serious about your squat routine, this is 100% worth the investment. I even messed around with some one-legged pistol squats and honestly? I almost pulled it off, which shocked the hell out of me lol! 😆😆
Keeps my form in place and great for single leg balance exercises.
I purchased The Deck after having great success with my Sole Steps. Every product I've used from Weck Method has become monumental gear responsible for every major fitness gain I've ever had.
After configuring it correctly I did a set of kettlebell cleans and presses. I hadn’t performed this exercise in a year or longer. It felt effortless. My posture for the movement was dialed in, and I’m sure made up for any shortfalls in form on my behalf. After completing them I progressed to kettlebell swings with the same effect. Great product! It took me some time to realize the genius of it. I practice a neurological rehab technique and this product fits perfectly, especially when balancing the autonomic nervous system. From a TCM perspective, it would be akin to balancing the Yin Qiao and Yang Qiao meridians, depending on the orientation. Well made too. I put silicone stoppers on the bottom to protect my wood floors and create grip.
Like them. Good quality piece of gym equipment. Using them for neuro rehab in my clinic and my own rehab doing kb swings. Highly recomend if you are into those sort of things.
Exactly what it is purported to be. Love the large surface area - much easier to position for a barbell exercise than finding sole steps with the bar on my back.

Phenomenal! Using the board, I feel a ton more engagement on my left side while squatting. I feel the time working on the board has had a positive effect on muscle engagement while walking AFTER a workout. Definitely recommend the product to anyone concerned about their posture and mechanics while working out their lower body

The (Weck) Deck is a much needed tool in my self directed PT journey to undo 20+ yrs of sitting at a desk with bad posture. I realize I have much to learn about using this, but I have found it has complimented my daily core workout beyond my expectations. I find regardless of the movement, its ability to support my feet with super high arches such a benefit. I notice my foundation is rock solid, which translates into better activation up the chain. When getting off the deck, the sensation in my feet and ankles is indescribably pleasant, providing a spring to my walk. I’m trying to find mores to employ it during my workouts. I love the Weck Deck so far. The size is my favorite part and the ability to set to so many configurations is awesome. The only thing I would like to see on a final version is some kind of printed markings on the top that tell you the slope degrees your in. Definitely a 5 star product as is though.
The Deck really takes weight of the joints and makes things like front squats ,thrusters ,cleans ,and back squats better.I also really enjoy kettlebell complexes more effective.Really enjoy this product.
With a little creativity the decks provide a tool With endless variety. All helping you fall under the principle of making every step stronger!

Still discovering all the ways to incorporate the WeckDeck into training, enjoying the process! Clients love it, it’s making me crave heavyweights because I feel secure while using. The grip is more of a shock absorbing grip compared to the sole steps grip tape.

There is so many different ways of using The Deck. Each will give you a different feel by using muscles differently. We have only started to scratch the surface. In my video I am using The Deck for doing deadlifts with a sandbag. But there are endless ideas and ways of utilizing it.
It's the best piece of fitness equipment ever made!!!!!!! Only complaint is that it does not have skid or some sort of friction rubber bottom when I use it on the inverted orientation. Other than that... I use it pretty much every day for some sort of leg or upper body greasing the groove

As a fitness enthusiast and health practitioner, I can say The Deck is a great way to bias different foot positions during movements like the squat, deadlift, KB swing, landline applications, etc. You can even use it sloping down on one side and up on the other to help offset asymmetrical compensation patterns. This is really fun tool to use particularly if you like being creative in your approach and teaching your body to feel different positions and inputs. Really, really great idea. It’s so simple, but applicable in so many different ways to a movement-centered approach to weightlifting and exercise!

Have not got to utilize the Decks much as of yet as I am still recovering from a hip replacement surgery. Will be released soon so they will be part of my training then. I have shown them to several people who train (cross fitters) and the have all loved them. Will know more soon.
Works well to get the inside and outside arches of the foot while also activating the hips anterior and posterior musculature.
I would have loved to give this product 5 stars because the product is great, but unfortunately mine has not one, but 3 screws that were too close to the edge of the board and cracked the mat on top. I can understand 1 but 3, and still sending it out without fixing? Come on. For $300 and a repeat buyer of weck products that was disappointing. the rubber was peeling off and it looks poor...especially for how much it cost. i love the deck itself!
I love the idea of it, but having a difficult time adapting to the pitch with each foot as one more supinated then the other so not getting the feel I was hoping for and may need wedges with it to ground feet which is not what I was hoping for so checking with staff for help and possible return before 30 days expire.
